How can I book activities?

When booking on the website or via phone, you can already add services and arrangements to your booking. After booking, beginning six weeks before your stay, you can book your activities and services at any time directly from your personal spaceMy Center Parcs or the Center Parcs app. During your stay, you can book your activities and services at the infodesk & kiosk, in My Center Parcs or in the Center Parcs app.

What is a Friend and how do I become a Friend?

A Friend is a loyal guest who has booked, payed, commenced and enjoyed a Center Parcs holiday (excluding Terhills Resort, Villages Nature Paris and UK parks) at least 3 times within the last 36 months. No action is needed on your part to become a Friend. Beginning with your third stay within 36 months, which you have booked through a direct channel of Center Parcs, you can enjoy numerous holiday benefits.

In order to select the early check-in* or the free extra children’s furniture, after logging in, please go back to step 1 and select this under “services”. You can also report it afterwards via My Center Parcs.

*The early check-in must be indicated in your booking at least 1 week in advance.

Who do I contact if I have a complaint about Center Parcs before my stay has begun?

Center Parcs is there for you, also if you are not satisfied with our services before your stay.  If you fill out the complaints form, we will be happy to find a suitable solution for you so that you can look forward to your stay with a positive feeling.

Can I bring my pet?

A maximum of two domestic animals is permitted per cottage*. As this requires additional cleaning, there is an additional charge of 7€ per animal, per night. There is no extra charge for domestic animals kept in cages. 


Animals must be reported to the park upon reservation and upon arrival. In some parks, animals are not permitted in central facilities, hotels, hotel apartments and certain types of cottages. Ensure that your animals are free of vermin. It is required that dogs be kept on leashes outside of cottages.

At Villages Nature Paris, you can bring your cat or your dog (maximum of 1 animal per accommodation), on presentation of an anti-rabies certificate and payment of a fixed charge during the reservation.

At Terhills Resort, pets are permitted in certain cottages: one pet in the 2-person cottages and two pets in the 4, 6, 8 and 12-person cottages. You can select a pet when making a booking.

*One pet in a 2-person cottage and two pets in a 4-person cottage or more. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in hotel rooms, apartments and themed cottages, such as the Adventure cottage and the Wonders of Nature cottage.

Can we visit the park for a day only, without booking an accommodation?

That's certainly possible! You can directly contact the park where you want to go to, for example to swim. You can find the contact information per park when you click on 'Directions & maps' on the park page

How do I book an accommodation for people with reduced mobility?

The central facilities (Market Dome, Aqua Mundo) in our parks have been adapted for people with reduced mobility. On top of this, we have cottages for people with reduced mobility in the following parks:

• De Eemhof (NL)
• Port Zélande (NL)
• Park Zandvoort (NL)
• Erperheide (BE)
• De Vossemeren (BE)
• Terhills Resort (BE)
• Park Allgäu (D)
• Bispinger Heide (D)
• Park Bostalsee (D)
• Park Hochsauerland (D)

For the French parks, you can book cottages for people with reduced mobility with preference.

Can we come with more people than originally booked for?

The number of people given for your booked accommodation corresponds to the number of beds available and is the maximum number of occupants allowed.

For safety reasons, it is not possible to accommodate more people. In cottages for 4 people or more a child under 2 may be accommodated (with the exception of the homes mentioned in the catalogue which do not have room for a cot). The child will sleep in the baby cot.

Can I buy tickets for a theme park or excursion near the village?

You can! In My Center Parcs, you can find the best deals for Center Parcs guests and book your tickets easily and quickly. To do this, click on 'Day trips in the region' in the app, then discover the trips and book your tickets directly. In the village, you can also do this via the Reception or Info Desk. 

BABY: What are the equipments/services available for babies?

The equipment provided in the cottage:
- We provide a wooden cot and a baby chair directly in your cottage. If you have several children, you can reserve extra equipment when you make your booking (€4.95 per high chair/baby bed). 
- Book the baby sheet package (€9.95 per pack) when you make your booking or via My Center Parcs.
- It is also possible to reserve a free baby service package when making your booking or via My Center Parcs. This package consists of a changing pad, baby bath, bouncer and buggy (available in De Huttenheugte (NL), Erperheide (BE), Park Nordseeküste (DE), Le Bois aux Daims (FR) and Les Trois Forêts (FR). Baby box available at a fee. Available in Erperheide (B), Het Meerdal (NL), De Huttenheugte (NL), Park Nordseeküste (DE), Park Eifel (DE) and all French parks except Les Hauts de Bruyères. 

Facilities on the domain:
- We offer free baby food in the restaurants and high chairs are available. In our Dutch parks with the exception of Parc Sandur and in Belgium in De Vossemeren and Erperheide, baby food is not available in the cafés, Aqua Mundo and Frites Affairs.
- The restaurants have areas available with microwaves and bottle warmers where baby food can be prepared.
- In Aqua Mundo, we have family changing rooms, baby parks and high chairs, and free life jackets are provided so that you can swim with your baby in complete safety. More information

Where can I find the park map?

On our website, click on the park of your choice and click on 'Directions & maps under the top picture. Under "Directions & maps" on the park page, you can access the detailed map of the park and information on how to get there.

On My Center Parcs or via your mobile with the Center Parcs or Villages Nature® Paris app you can also access this information for the park you’ve booked.

Is it possible to book several accommodations at the same time?

Yes, you can book 2 accommodations at the same time: a good way to get away with your whole group without sacrificing privacy or individual wishes.These 2 accommodations must be booked on the same park and on the same dates, but you can opt for 2 different types and/or capacities of accommodation. From a hotel room to a 12-person VIP cottage to bring all your loved ones together: the choice is yours!

With the "side-by-side" option, you have the power to decide where to place your cottages within the domain, according to remaining availability. This option is only available if you choose the same accommodation twice (identical capacity and type). To take advantage of this option, select it in the basket. 

To book these 2 accommodations in the same reservation, simply use the search bar:
1. Select 2 accommodations.
2. Enter the correct number of people per cottage and confirm. 
3. Next, select your first accommodation, then the second. 
4. Then simply follow the steps in the shopping basket, choose the “side-by-side” option if you wish, and finally confirm your double booking.

What events and activities are planned for Summer?

Are you already looking forward to summer? To those long and warm days where you can enjoy endlessly the outdoors together. Besides the regular offer, we have special summer activities. 

A cold drink and tasty snacks from the Beach Bar, swinging beats in the background and lounging with your family or friends on a beanbag at the Summer Hotspot*. Build sandcastles with the kids, join a game of beach volleyball and challenge each other to XXL games such as Pop-up Pingpong and Jenga. 

Practice your dancing skills at the Silent Disco or beat your friends at big-screen gaming. And in the evening, you can laugh at the funniest films at the outdoor Summer Cinema**.

Where can I find the energy label and what does it mean?

With the energy label you can directly see the energy-efficiency of the accommodation. With a label ranging from A++++ to G you directly see the energy-efficiency in comparison to a similar accommodation. For the accommodations in our Dutch parks you can find the energy label in the accommodation description on the website. Because there are more accommodations in the selected accommodation type, we display the minimum energy label.
