How can I change the place/date of my stay?
Still unsure about your holiday? Not at Center Parcs! If you book your stay now, you can change your reservation once free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.

You can change your booking by contacting the customer contact center on the following number: 0031 (10) 498 97 54.
If you wish to make changes to a booking after it has been made, Center Parcs is not obliged to accept these changes. If, after the booking has been made, you wish to make changes with regard to the park, arrival date and/or cottage type, you can do this once free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. Center Parcs itself decides whether, and to what degree, these changes will be accepted. For any subsequent changes up to a maximum of 21 days before arrival in a booking that has already been made, will result in an additional charge of €49,50. Each booking can be changed up to three times. The period of 21 days is always calculated on the basis of the arrival date of the initial booking. In principle, changes less than 21 days before arrival cannot be permitted. In the event of a change to a cheaper period or cottage or (a partial) cancellation within this period, you will owe the entire rental amount.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking by contacting the customer contact center on the following number +31 (0)10 498 97 54.
For a cancellation, the following conditions apply:
a) For a cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the stay, 30% of the rental amount is due, with a minimum amount of € 150.00.
b) For cancellations within 4 weeks prior to commencement of the stay, the full rental amount is due.
c) The full booking amount is due in the event of early departure.
Payment of the amounts stipulated under a, b, and c are due within a period of 14 days after the date of the invoice.
Is it possible to choose the location of my accommodation?
By the water? Close to Aqua Mundo? In a quieter area? Right next to friends? It is all possible ;)
How does it work?
Simply select the Preferred Location option before confirming your booking at the Services step on the Center Parcs website. The price of the preferred location varies depending on the location chosen.
You can also add this option up to 2 days before arrival via your My Center Parcs account or by contacting our Customer Service team and selecting: I already have a booking.
At Terhills Resort, this option also allows you to specify whether you want a cottage with a dock. The VIP Lakeside and Exclusive Lakeside cottages all have their own docks. Some other cottages also have docks. These must be booked using location preference. The electric rental boat is not included with the accommodations. You can include a boat in your booking when reserving your stay. Please note: you can only reserve a boat if you book a cottage with its own dock.
Where can I see the payment status of my booking?
For an overview of your outstanding payments and payments you have already made, log on to My Center Parcs. You can see the total invoice amount as well as the payment status of your invoice under the heading "My booking" or in the Center Parcs app.

How can I be sure that my booking has been registered?
A booking number is assigned to you once your reservation has been confirmed. This number serves as your reference for any future contact.
You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided when making your booking, unless you have opted out.
You should receive your confirmation email within a few minutes of making your booking. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the confirmation email to arrive. However, please do not worry, your booking has been successfully registered.
You can view the details of your booking, print your invoice and download your e-ticket in your My Center Parcs account.
If you booked by phone: you will need to create your Center Parcs account by clicking on Create my account.
If you booked through one of our partners (such as Booking.com or a travel agency): a dedicated section is available to help you. Simply click on Access my booking under I booked via a partner.
