Enrollment happens automatically as soon as you book your first stay at one of our Center Parcs destinations in Europe.When the loyalty program launches on the 3rd of December 2025, your customer history from the past 36 months will be taken into account, if you were already a Center Parcs guest or had a Friends loyalty status in the previous program.Your badges and levels will automatically be assigned based on this history when the new program launches.If you made a reservation before the launch of the new program for a stay taking place after the launch, your previous benefits will still apply to that booking.For more information, please consult the program’s terms and conditions by clicking here.

The program is designed for all our guests, whether you’re visiting Center Parcs for the first time or you already know our parks inside out.
Enrollment is automatic from the moment you make your first booking for a stay at one of our 28 Center Parcs destinations across Europe.
Only guests who have booked through the centerparcs.eu website or via our Center Parcs Customer Service are eligible for the Center Parcs loyalty program.

The badges reflect the progress of your Center Parcs journey.Each booking brings you closer to unlocking a new badge. Every badge gives access to specific benefits — such as discounts, exclusive services, and partner offers — and all of these can be combined.Collect them all to unlock every advantage! Here are some examples of the benefits available at each level:

Welcome Badge:This badge is automatically unlocked after your first stay and marks your entry into the Friends loyalty program.And of course, your first badge comes with your first benefits!With this first step, you gain access to the Friends loyalty offer. After your first stay, you’ll regularly receive exclusive loyalty offers — the perfect reason to (re)discover our parks!

Adventurous Spirit Badge:This badge celebrates your loyalty to nature and includes three levels:
Level 1: Unlocked after your second stay, together with the Adventurous Spirit badge itself.You’ll receive a €15 Activity Credit with each new booking, valid on a wide selection of paid park activities.
Level 2: Reached after your 7th stay.As a reward, you’ll enjoy early check-in, access your accommodation from 1:00 PM, start your stay in complete peace, and make the most of your first day.
Level 3: The highest level, reached after your 15th stay.You’ll receive a free stay worth €800 at a Center Parcs park of your choice (according to the program’s terms and conditions).This benefit is renewed every 15 stays!

Horizon Seeker Badge:This badge has two levels and rewards your love of discovery, a true globetrotter... in nature!
Level 1: Automatically unlocked when you earn the Horizon Seeker badge, after staying in two different countries.You’ll receive a collector’s item available in each park, a total of 27 unique items to collect!
Level 2: The highest level, reached after visiting four different countries. To celebrate your adventurous spirit, you’ll receive a Center Parcs backpack designed for your outdoor adventures and a free regional specialty, which you can collect during your stay in the park of your choice (except Terhills Resort).

If your booking meets the conditions of the Friends programme, your benefits may be automatically applied during the booking process, collected in the park, or redeemed through our partner websites.
Loyalty offers (including discounts, preferred locations, exclusive Friends offers, day passes, and partner promotions) are sent directly to you by email.
You can also view all your badges, levels, and benefits at any time by logging in to your loyalty area, directly accessible through your My Center Parcs account.
Please note that all badges and benefits are personal and non-transferable.

All stays booked with Center Parcs count towards the Friends loyalty programme.
The benefits and rewards of the Friends programme do not apply to stays at Terhills Resort in Belgium (for example, the Activity Credit, Early Check-in, preferred location, etc. are not available at this park).
In addition:
- Bookings for day passes in any park, including Terhills Resort, do not count towards the Friends loyalty programme and do not grant badges or benefits.
- All customers who have booked via the centerparcs.eu website, through our Center Parcs customer contact center or directly at one of the parks are eligible for the Center Parcs loyalty programma.
- If you make two consecutive bookings for the same park and for consecutive dates, these will be considered as one single stay for the purpose of calculating your status.

Once you have made a booking, you can access your loyalty area directly through your My Center Parcs account or via the Center Parcs app.

To log in, use the email address you used when making your booking on our website or app.Then, from the Profile menu, go to your Loyalty area.
In your loyalty area, you can view all your badges, benefits, and levels achieved.

If you cannot see your badges in your My Center Parcs loyalty area, please check that you are logged in with the email address you used when making your bookings.
If you have used different email addresses for multiple bookings, a separate account will have been created for each address.Your badges and levels are therefore calculated individually for each account, based on the booking history linked to each email address.
If several people live at the same postal address but make bookings using different email addresses, please note that badges and levels are strictly personal and calculated per account/email address.They cannot be shared within the same household.Only bookings made with the same email address count towards collecting benefits on a single account.
Please note: if you make two consecutive bookings at the same park and for consecutive dates, these will be treated as one single stay when calculating your status.

Good news: once you’ve earned a badge, you’ll never lose it!

However, in accordance with GDPR regulations (for more information, see our policy on the protection of personal data), Center Parcs may be required to delete your profile (including your loyalty area) after several years of inactivity, which would result in the loss of your benefits.You can also choose to unsubscribe from the programme at any time, which means you will forfeit your benefits.

Tip: Check your loyalty area regularly in theCenter Parcs app to make sure your benefits are still valid and to avoid missing out on any offers. You’ll also receive notifications by email.

The loyalty offers you unlock through the Friends program are sent to you several times a year by email, by post, or made available in your loyalty space My Center Parcs.
These offers give you access to exclusive discounts valid for a selection of arrival dates, cottage types, and parks. Each offer also has its own specific validity period.
The more badges and levels you unlock, the more advantageous your loyalty offers become.
For example: once you earn the “Welcome” badge, you gain access to the loyalty offers.And when you unlock the “Adventurous Spirit” badge (Level 1), your loyalty offers become even more attractive, you’ll also receive free preferred location from then on.

When you reach Level 2 of the “Adventurous Spirit” badge, that is, after 7 stays,  you can take advantage of Early Check-in with every new booking. This means you can access your cottage from 1:00 p.m., the perfect way to start your stay in a relaxed way and make the most of your first day.This benefit is automatically applied to your future bookings.
Early Check-in is not available for the following bookings:- Stays at Villages Nature Paris (FR) and Terhills Resort (BE)- Cottages for more than 8 people in all parks in Europe- The following cottage types: all themed cottages in all parks in Europe, Wellness hotel suites (Park Zandvoort) and new generation cottages (Bispinger Heide)

As part of our Friends loyalty program, you receive a €800 gift voucher after every 15 stays, which you can use for a stay at the Center Parcs park of your choice. This voucher will be sent to you by email.Here’s how to book your gifted stay:1. Contact our team via the exclusive customer service line mentioned in the email you received, or book directly on our website.2. Choose your dates together with our dedicated representative, who will arrange everything for you directly.3. Receive your confirmation by email and start preparing for your stay — we can’t wait to welcome you!
You have 12 months from the date you receive the gift voucher to use it. After this period, the voucher will no longer be valid.
If the amount of your reservation is lower than €800, you can use the remaining balance for a future booking or to reserve activities via your My Center Parcs account by entering the voucher code at the payment step.If the reservation amount is higher than €800, you simply pay the difference.
Why a gift voucher worth €800?This amount generally corresponds to a booking for a Premium Cottage for 6 people, outside school holidays, for a four-night midweek stay or a three-night weekend stay.

As part of our Friends loyalty program, your gifts, if your status entitles you to them, are available in the Shop & Smile store or at the park reception, upon presentation of your booking number.

As part of the Friends loyalty program, starting from Level 3 of the Horizon seeker badge, you receive two free day-entry tickets at the end of each year, valid for you or your loved ones.You will receive a unique code by email, which you can use directly on our website to book your day tickets.
You have 12 months from the date you receive the unique code to use it. After this period, the code will no longer be valid.

You can unsubscribe at any time:- Via your My Center Parcs account, under “My profile > My preferences.”- Or through the link included in certain emails you receive when you unlock a badge or reach a new level.
In both cases, you will be redirected to the same unsubscribe page.If you are not logged in when you open this page, you will be asked to enter your email address so that you can receive a message to identify yourself.After confirming on this page, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note: Unsubscribing is irreversible – you will permanently lose all your badges and the associated benefits.
