My Center Parcs customer account

What is My Center Parcs customer account for?

Your customer account allows you to prepare and enjoy your stay. You will be able to do your check-in online and save time upon arrival, book your activities and services, discover all the infrastructure and practical information.

How do I get the Center Parcs application?

The Center Parcs application is available on the App Store and Google Play Store.

I can't log into My Center Parcs customer account

Check that the email address is the same as the one you gave when you created your account.

• If you can't find your password, click on "Forgot your password ?"
• If you booked by phone: create your account by clicking on "Create my account" and enter your email. You will receive an email inviting you to fill in an online form. 
• If you have booked through one of our partners (travel agency, works council, private sales website...) : click on the heading "I have booked through a partner" then "Access my booking".

Please note that our services are under maintenance during the night from midnight to 3am.

If the problem persists, please contact our customer service at +31 10 498 97 54. Please have your booking number ready in order to identify yourself quickly.

I did not receive the email to reset My Center Parcs account password

Please make sure that you have entered the same email address as the one used for your My Center Parcs account. Remember to check your junk mail, promotions and spam.

My reservation is not associated with My Center Parcs account

Check that you do not have another My Center Parcs account with another email address.

Can my travel companions have access to My Center Parcs?

All your travel companions can access your My Center Parcs customer account, provided you give them your login and password. 

There are two ways to do this :
• Enter your e-mail address and password
• Communicate your name and booking number. They will be able to connect via the heading "Access to the reservation". 

They can also discover the activities and infrastructures present on the park thanks to the discovery mode located at the top right of the login page. They will not need to log in !

How can I do my check-in online on My Center Parcs account?

Save time on arrival with online check-in !

Log in to your My Center Parcs customer account or on the Center Parcs app and check in online. It is available 10 days before the start of your stay at Center Parcs, and 30 days before at Villages Nature Paris. You'll save time upon arrival as we'll only have to give you your bracelet or keys. 

Fill out the form for you and all participants to generate your e-ticket check-in (QR code), which you can present to our teams upon arrival directly from your phone. Online check-in is mandatory to facilitate your arrival, but if you have not been able to do so, our teams will welcome you and will be able to do it online as well.

Can the online registration be changed in My Center Parcs account?

You can change your information as many times as necessary. A new e-ticket will be generated, accessible from the "E-tickets" page.

How do I change the information related to My Center Parcs account : email, password, name, zip code?

To change your email and password, go to your "Profile" in the "My Personal Information" section. 

To change your name or zip code, please contact our customer service.

How do I book activities and services on My Center Parcs account?

Booking services :
• Before your stay directly on your customer account in the "Services" section.
• Services can only be booked online up to 2 days before your arrival. After this time, you can contact our customer service department, or request your services upon arrival at the park. 

Reservation of activities :
• The activities can be booked from 6 weeks before your arrival on the park. To do so, go to your customer area in the "Activities" section.
• You can also book your activities on the park during your stay via your customer account, via the activity booking terminals directly on the park or with our teams at the reception desk (subject to availability).

Other details :
• Please note that bicycles are available for reservation, but you can also bring yours directly if you wish.
• You can rent a barbecue, a raclette machine, a fondue machine or a pierrade on the "Deli'very" website accessible from the home page and by clicking on the "Restaurants & stores" section.

How do I make a reservation for a restaurant on My Center Parcs account?

Some restaurants offer online reservations. Go to the "Restaurants & Shops" section (directly accessible from the home page). 

If this is not the case, you will be able to reserve a table when you arrive on the park.

Where can I find the opening hours of the facilities on My Center Parcs account?

You can arrive on the park as early as 10am. For the facilities, go to the "Opening hours" section (directly accessible from the home page).

How can I contact the park from My Center Parcs account?

You can find all the contacts in the "Practical Information" section (directly accessible from the home page), where you will find the telephone number of the reception, as well as the WhatsApp number.
