From your first stay, you will automatically become a Friends member and enjoy your first benefits!
• Earn badges: each badge celebrates a different aspect of your adventures, from loyalty to exploring new horizons.
• Level up: every badge has its own gifts and unlocks new rewards as you progress.
• Enjoy your benefits: from Activity Credit to exclusive gifts, your rewards grow along with your story.
Go to your My Center Parcs account or the Center Parcs App to view your status and discover the associated benefits.

The benefits of this program
• Permanent status: Once achieved, a badge and/or level remains permanent; it only expires after 6 years of inactivity.
• A European program: This loyalty program is valid in all our parks in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Denmark (with the exception of Terhills Resort).

Consult your personal My Center Parcs account or the Center Parcs App to view your status, discover your exclusive benefits and manage your rewards easily.
If you made a reservation before the launch of the program for a stay starting after the launch, your old Friends benefits will remain valid for this reservation and the new benefits will not apply.
• Badge Welcome: This badge is automatically unlocked after your first stay and symbolises your entry into the Friends loyalty program.
• Badge Adventurous Spirit: This badge rewards your loyalty and has 3 levels:
- Level 1 = after the 2nd stay
- Level 2 = after the 7th stay
- Level 3 = after the 15th stay
• Badge Horizon Seeker: This badge rewards your enthusiasm for discovering different countries and has 2 levels:
- Level 1 = after visiting 2 countries
- Level 2 = after visiting 4 different countries
Each badge unlocks specific benefits such as discounts, exclusive offers, partner offers, etc.

Loyalty offers (discounts, preferred location, exclusive Friends offers, etc.) and offers from our partners will be sent to you directly by e-mail.
You can also consult all badges, levels and associated benefits at any time by logging into your My Center Parcs account.
*All stays you book at Center Parcs parks count towards the Friends loyalty program. However, Friends program benefits and rewards cannot be used during a stay at Terhills Resort (e.g. Activity Credit, Early Check-in, preferred location, etc. are not available for this park).
