Prepare your stay

You can organize everything up front on your computer with My Center Parcs or on your mobile phone in the Center Parcs application (Android// Apple Store):

  • Check your booking information 

  • Choose the location of your cottage by booking ‘Preferred location’

  • Check all the opening hours and the park map

  • Check restaurant menus and book a table

  • Book extra Cottage Services or restaurant packages

  • Order groceries to be delivered to your cottage

  • Book activitiesas far as 6 weeks in advance so you are certain of availability

Arrival at the park

You've been counting down for a long time to arrive at the park. It's good to know a few things: 

  • For a smooth arrival you can check-in online via My Center Parcs . 
  • Upon check-in, you will receive your accommodation key or a digital bracelet. This differs per park. With this digital bracelet you have access to the accommodation, but also to the Aqua Mundo and the lockers, among other things.  

  • Your accommodation is accessible at 3PM, or 1PM for our loyal Friends guests. If you'd like to make use of this early check-in, you can add it in your booking in step 1 under option "services" or add it afterwards via My Center Parcs. 

  • Before 3PM you are welcome to enjoy all the other facilities and activities at the park, like the Aqua Mundo and Market Dome.

  • Even if you arrive in the middle of the night, there will be someone to give you your accommodation keys.

  • On your arrival day you can drive through the park to your cottage and drop off your luggage. 

  • After dropping off your luggage you have to bring your car to the parking area because on all other days our parks are car-free.
