Insurances

What do our insurance cover?

Our Center Parcs travel insurance policies have been tailor-made for our customers and have the most suitable coverage in the event of events that could occur before, during or after your weekends and holidays in our parks.
They cover all guests of the cottage, even if you are not part of the same family! Please note that all occupants of the accommodation must be domiciled in the European Economic Area.

Choose your insurance pack:

- The Cancellation Pack: You can cancel your stay for any justified reason and will be reimbursed for the cancellation costs incurred according to the scale of the Center Parcs general conditions of sale and the insurance conditions of your Europ assistance contract. And this without excess in the event of illness, accident or death, professional event or serious material damage.

- The Total Protection Pack: It combines cancellation insurance before your stay with a set of assistance and insurance guarantees that protect you in the event of an unforeseen event during and after your stay, such as :     
     - Compensation for interruption of stay/activities in the event that you have to leave early to go to the bedside of a sick relative, if a disaster occurs at your home, in the event of a problem with your luggage, etc.     
     - Assistance to people in the event of illness or injury, medical expenses, vehicle assistance, assistance in the event of death, assistance after travel (domestic help for example)     
     - Theft and loss of luggage and personal effects     
     - Resort civil liability

- The Cool Stay Pack: Offers a set of assistance and insurance guarantees that protect you in the event of unforeseen events during your stay, for example:     
     - Compensation in the event of interruption of stay or sports and leisure activities,     
     - Assistance to people in the event of illness or injury during the stay,     
     - Compensation in the event of theft, loss or damage of baggage and personal effects and sports or leisure equipment during the duration of the stay,     
     - Coverage of the financial consequences incurred in your capacity as tenant under the resort civil liability guarantee.

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by contacting the Customer Contact Center on the following number +31 (0)10 498 97 54. 

For a cancellation, the following conditions apply:

a) For a cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the stay, 30% of the rental amount is due, with a minimum amount of € 150.00.
b) For cancellations within 4 weeks prior to commencement of the stay, the full rental amount is due.
c) The full booking amount is due in the event of early departure.

Payment of the amounts stipulated under a, b, and c are due within a period of 14 days after the date of the invoice.

I have not taken out insurance

Our Total Protection Pack and Cancellation Pack insurance offered by Europ Assistance covers you in the event of cancellation or problems during your stay.

Insurance cannot be added after your reservation has been registered. The insurance premium must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

The Cool Stay Pack insurance offered by Europ Assistance can be taken out until the day before your departure.

How do I receive my compensation from Europ Assistance ?

Notify us at the latest within 2 working days, from the moment you become aware of the Loss, for the “BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS” guarantee in the event of theft, and within 5 days in all others case. In the event of an interruption of your stay, you must immediately notify Center Parcs and Europ Assistance.
