You haven't just booked a cottage, you've booked a complete experience! This will always be included in your stay:

• Fully equipped accommodations (fully equipped kitchen, terrace with garden furniture, cot and high chair), always in the heart of nature;

• Free unlimited access to the swimming paradise Aqua Mundo;

• Free entertainment for all ages in the tropical center of the Market Dome;

• Free indoor and outdoor playgrounds, access to the children's farm;

• Free and unlimited Wi-Fi;

• End of stay cleaning, usage of water and electricity.

Numerous activities are waiting, for example:

• Fun and creative workshops to make your own bread or stuffed animal.
• Outdoor sports activities such as paintball, canoeing, tennis, minigolf, ...
• Outdoor activities such as pony riding, mountain biking or pedalos on the lake.
• Indoor activities such as climbing, escape games, bowling, ...

These activities can be booked from 6 weeks before arrival via My Center Parcs or the Center Parcs app, but you can also book them directly at the park via the kiosk or at reception.

• Step 1: On arrival, show your e-ticket check-in that you received after completing the online check-in, available in your account - menu E-tickets.

• Step 2: We will give you your keys / digital bracelet that will allow you to access your cottage from 3pm in Belgium and from 4pm in The Netherlands, France and Germany. With the digital bracelet, you can open your cottage, open and close the Aqua Mundo locker and access your reserved activities.

• Step 3: Once you've dropped off your bags at your cottage, park your car at the parking to enjoy a green holiday without moving around by car! And for the full experience, don't hesitate to get around by bike during your stay!

• Tip: You have access to the park and its facilities from 10am! So you can go straight to the Aqua Mundo when you arrive, even if your cottage is not available yet. And don't panic: if you arrive later than expected, someone is there to welcome you 24/7!

You must leave the cottage by 10am in the morning (on Sundays, you must leave the cottage by 12pm). But you can continue to enjoy the park's activities for the rest of the day: Aqua Mundo, BALUBA, playgrounds and other activities!

• Step 1: Put your used bed linen/towels in the bag provided and leave it at the cottage entrance.
• Step 2: Open the windows for a bit and clean the dishes before putting them back in the cupboards.
• Step 3: Put your trash in the waste bins at the side of the road and make sure you separate rubbish into the correct bins.
• Step 4: Remember to leave your keys/digital bracelet at the reception or security post in the box provided before leaving the park.
