• - You can change the park, date and/or cottage type.
• - You can change your booking once, up to 21 days before arrival.
• - The change of park and/or arrival date is subject to availability.
• - Contrary to the regular General Terms and Conditions, there are no administrative costs associated with changing the booking.
• - If the new booking is more expensive, the price difference will be charged to you.
• - If the new booking is cheaper, you will receive the value of the price difference in the form of a voucher.
• - If you wish to change your booking, please contact the Customer Contact Center.
• - This offer does not apply to cancellations or other changes.
• - Please note that for other changes or cancellations (including a second change of the same booking and/or changes not involving the park or date), the General Terms and Conditions of Sale remain in effect for your booking.
