Frequently asked questions
During your stay, you can book your activities and services at the infodesk & kiosk, in My Center Parcs or in the Center Parcs app.
You can also contact our customer contact center by telephone on the following number 0031 (10) 498 97 54.
On the day of your arrival, you can arrive on the park from 10 am to enjoy the park and all our activities. Don't worry, the guard post is open 24 hours a day to welcome you and give you your wristbands or keys.
Remember to enter an approximate time of arrival when you check in from our My Center Parcs application, to save time at the entrance to the site and enjoy your stay as soon as possible. You can check in online from 10 days before your arrival.
On some parks only, it is possible to take the "Early Check-in" option during the "Services" step before validating your basket. This will allow you to access the cottage from 1pm on the day of your arrival. This option is only available for Friends members on the website or via our Customer Service when you make your reservation. It is not available on your My Center Parcs app.
• The Aqua Mundo has pleasantly warm water with less chlorine and offers family changing rooms, swim diapers, baby chairs and baby boxes. Be there early in the morning (it's extra quiet) or play together during Baby swimming.
• Discover the basic techniques of baby massage, for a relaxing moment of peace and connection for both you and your baby.
• The cottages are equipped with baby furniture such as a cot and a high chair. And safety above all: everything is on the same level or the stairs are secured with a stair gate.
• Rent a bike with child seat or bicycle trailer and discover nature together.
• There is also plenty of fun for the youngest: some parks have a mini-Baluba, where the little ones can play and discover in a safe way.
