We would like to inform you of a product recall for safety reasons concerning an item that was sold in certain Center Parcs shops between April 2024 and January 2026.

• Item no.: 12768_A1
• EAN code: 4010070667597
• Sold in 5 French parks: Lac d’Ailette, Bois Francs, Trois Forêts, Bois aux Daims, and Villages Nature Paris
• Period of sale: from 01/01/2024 to 25/01/2026 (remaining stock has already been withdrawn from sale)
Why is this product dangerous?
This product underwent the required checks when it was placed on the market and bore the CE marking. However, additional inspections have identified a risk for children under 3 years of age, due to the possibility that a small part (zip puller) may detach when subjected to strong pulling, creating a risk of ingestion or choking.
Identified non-compliance
• Nature of the defect: small part (zip puller) detaching during a traction test
• Risk: ingestion / choking in children under 36 months
• Severity: non-compliance with standard NF EN 71-1 and the Toy Safety Decree
• Target group: children under 3 years old
Assessment
• Product is mechanically non-compliant for use by children under 36 months.
• Compliant with chemical and flammability requirements.
• Action taken: the product is no longer marketed and is subject to a recall due to non-compliance for children under 36 months.
