Center Parcs is coming to Denmark in 2025: discover the Nordborg Resort
We can't wait to visit Scandinavia! On the picturesque island of Als in southern Denmark, Center Parcs will open the Nordborg Resort in the summer of 2025. Less than an hour's drive from the German border, you and your loved ones can enjoy an unforgettable experience with a North European flair. This stylish Center Parcs holiday park is entirely dedicated to nature and our efforts to protect it. Starting in early autumn 2024, you can book a holiday at the Nordborg Resort, but you can already explore the resort here!

Enjoy the Scandinavian flair
Do you love Scandinavian style? Then you'll surely love the Nordborg Resort! The authentic Danish character and our respect for regional traditions are woven throughout the design of the entire park:
- Whether you choose our Comfort, Premium, or VIP feel-good level, the tasteful holiday homes are all nestled in nature, with large living room windows that offer views of the forest or sea from your private terrace. With their Scandinavian-Danish style, they provide plenty of coziness, complete with a sauna and wellness bathroom in the luxurious VIP holiday homes, if you wish.
- The Market Dome, the heart of the Nordborg Resort, will also enchant you with its Scandinavian design and Danish atmosphere. Enjoy delicious meals in the various restaurants, relax on the spacious terraces, and take in the diverse entertainment program on the stage. Together with the well-stocked supermarket and bakery, access to the Aqua Mundo water paradise, and the array of other weather-independent activities like the children's playground, the Market Dome is the perfect starting point for any exciting or relaxing day. There's always something to do or discover here!
- Unique to Center Parcs is the large pier extending into the Baltic Sea in the northern part of the park, where you can stroll or simply relax with an extraordinary view of the sea.

A treasure trove of activities
Action, relaxation, and nature, 365 days a year and for all ages! At the Nordborg Resort, you'll find a treasure trove of activities just waiting to be explored:
- Deep dive into the Aqua Mundo, the aquatic experience where you can enjoy memorable moments of water fun with family and friends. Various water slides, a wild river, a wave pool, a water playground, and a children's pool are all ready for you! The infinity pool outside offers a seamless transition to nature.
- Speaking of nature: the large farm promises unique encounters with animals in a true Danish setting, and in the central farmhouse with a kitchen and the surrounding gardens, you can participate in various nature activities.
- Whether you're coming with your family, a group of friends, or as a couple, everyone is guaranteed to have a blast while bowling or playing a round of interactive indoor mini-golf! Or how about a discovery-filled bike ride through the park and its peaceful surroundings? You can rent all kinds of bikes at the Cycle Center.
- For the kids, the Nordborg Resort will surely contribute to fantastic vacation memories: they can spend hours playing in the park's playgrounds or in the wooded nature, and their eyes will light up in the weather-independent playground in the Market Dome and in the Kids Club.
- For all ages and interests, there's plenty to discover outside the park on the beautiful island of Als. Watch our video about the region, where Beatrice recommends the best excursions!
Setting new standards for sustainability
The first Center Parcs park in Scandinavia will not only set the standard in terms of design, experience, and connection to nature, but we are also consciously raising the bar for sustainability:
- Even the construction of the park itself is done with sustainability in mind and will be recognized with a DGNB certificate. DGNB-certified buildings are constructed in a resource-saving way, produce less greenhouse gas emissions, and can largely be recycled in the future. This helps reduce waste and protects our environment optimally.
- From the opening of the park in 2025, other important environmental and sustainability certifications will also be pursued: the Green Key certification for businesses that adhere to strict criteria for sustainable practices, the ISO 140001 certification for efficient use of energy and resources, and the ISO 50001 certification for systematic energy management.
