• - You can change the park, date and/or cottage type.
• - You can change your booking once, up to 21 days before arrival.
• - The change of park and/or arrival date is subject to availability.
• - Contrary to the regular General Terms and Conditions, there are no administrative costs associated with changing the booking.
• - If the new booking is more expensive, the price difference will be charged to you.
• - If the new booking is cheaper, you will receive the value of the price difference in the form of a voucher.
• - If you wish to change your booking, please contact the Customer Contact Center.
• - This offer does not apply to cancellations or other changes.
• - Please note that for other changes or cancellations (including a second change of the same booking and/or changes not involving the park or date), the General Terms and Conditions of Sale remain in effect for your booking.

• • In spring, enjoy Spring Celebrations from 21 March to 20 June. Relax at the Spring Hotspot, take part in creative workshops, discover handmade products at the Spring Market, and meet newborn animals at the Children's Farm. 

• • In summer, experience Summer Vibes from 21 June to 20 September. Enjoy drinks and activities at the Summer Hotspot, explore nature with a bike ride and take part in summer workshops. 

• • In autumn, experience Autumn Colours from 21 September to 30 November. Take part in autumn workshops, stroll along the beach and enjoy Halloween activities for the whole family.

• • In winter, experience the magic of Winter Wonders from 1 December to 20 March. Enjoy winter strolls, indulge in festive dinners during the holidays and participate in winter workshops. The Aqua Mundo and the indoor play worlds offer fun all year round, no matter the weather.
