Enjoy a safe and carefree holiday with many extras

Our parks have received the new Kiwa COVID-19 quality mark. The measures taken comply with the applicable (inter)national requirements and sector guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus. Please take into account the park measures below and consult the travel advice of your own government for a holiday in the Netherlands.

• Until March 30 4:30 AM, a curfew is introduced in the Netherlands and it is not allowed to be outside without valid reason between 9:00 PM and 4:30 AM. This also applies in our villages. Therefore, we ask you to check-in before 8:30 PM so that you can get to your cottage on time. The same exceptions apply as in the rest of the country. 
• We use a 100% online check-in procedure, so that you can easily and safely go to your accommodation.
• Wearing a facemask is mandatory for guests over 12 years of age in public indoor areas where 1.5 metres distance can’t be guaranteed. 
• We train our employees extensively. In addition, we ask our guests to observe the current hygiene rules; please keep a distance of 1.5 meters from each other, wash your hands regularly and try to deal with each other contactless as much as possible.
• In a cottage it is allowed to stay with a maximum of 1 household (the people living together under one roof) or 2 adults. Children up to and including 12 years of age are not taken into account. 
• If you have symptoms of illness, please contact our Customer Contact Center to change the booking.
• We prefer contactless payments and ask you to book activities online in advance via My Center Parcs, the Center Parcs App and the reservation kiosk in the Market Dome.
• In order to guarantee a distance of 1.5 meters, we adapt the walking routes and certain activitiesmay be closed.
• The restaurants in our parks are closed, but not to worry. Enjoying the most delicious grill, café or Italian specialities? That's still possible! Check the Center Parcs app for delivery and pick-up options. Going to cook yourself? Then of course you can get your fresh groceries in the supermarket! Or make it even easier for yourself and order your groceries here, in advance and during your stay.
• As of March 3rd timeslots will be available for the shops. The availability of timeslots will differ for each park. 
• You will experience our parks in a totally different way with our new range of activities. From interactive games through the park, to an unexpected live performance by the Entertainment team. And with Center Parcs TV an evening at home is suddenly starting to sound way more fun! 
• Click here for the most current offer of facilities and activities*. Tip: children under the age of 12 continue to enjoy the Wannabe activities and some outdoor activities such as the Zip Wire are available as well to a limited group.
• Indoor sports are not allowed. Outdoor sports can be done by persons under the age of 27. As of March 16th, outdoor sports will be allowed for people from 27 years and older as well, in a group of max 4 people. 
• Activities that require personal contact are not allowed.
• The subtropical swimming paradise and the indoor playgrounds and activities in our parks are unfortunately not available at the moment. 

• All German parks are closed until March 28, inclusive.
• From March 1st Domaine Le Bois aux Daims will be open again. All other parks in France are closed until March 28 inclusive.
• The Belgium government forbids all non-essential travels to Belgium until 19th of April. In case you have booked during this period we will contact you directly.
